  • TECHNICAL WRITER

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    MediKeeper is looking for an experienced technical writer to join our growing product team.  As an MediKeeper Technical Writer, you will have a primary role in creating and maintaining accurate, engaging, user-friendly internal and external documentation about our products. You’ll be working to improve the end-user experience by providing just-in-time documentation for new features and ensuring existing documentation remains current when there are significant changes in the product. As a part of the Product team, you’ll always be up to date on what everyone is working on and will work alongside Product and Engineering to ensure all use cases are well documented.     REQUIREMENTS

    • A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, English or a similar relevant program is strongly preferred.

    The UI/UX Designer is responsible for working with the Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive software that meets MediKeeper’s end-users’ needs. Your goal is to create intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing designs that will help attract new customers and retain existing clients. You will be responsible for working with the technical team to implement your designs and resolve any UI specific issues. The ideal candidate will have a customer focused mindset with experience in both UI and UX design.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3 years of proven UI/UX Design experience
    • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The MediKeeper solutions team is looking to add another proactive, solutions-oriented, self-starting web app developer who offers a collaborative, delivery-forward approach and is excited to work closely with a smart product team and client success team. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering quality results to our clients while also aiding our efforts in migrating our application to a new framework.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    • 2+ years of professional experience building web apps on modern Javascript frameworks (Vue preferred; React or Angular is fine)
    • 3+ years of professional experience building .NET web apps
    • Comfortable in dynamic, transitional environment
    • Strong desire to contribute best-practices to a growing team. Help us get better!
