  • Customer Success Associate

    Role Overview:

    MediKeeper’s growing Customer Success team is seeking a Customer Success Associate. The position is based in our San Diego office.     What You Will Do:

    • Support MediKeeper’s small to medium-sized customers by ensuring they are continually driving value for their business

  • Sales Associate

    Role Overview:

    MediKeeper’s Sales team is growing and we’re seeking a Sales Associate to support our expanding pipeline.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into a sales role at a growing wellness technology company.  Ideally this position will be based out of our San Diego office although remote candidates will be considered.

    What You Will Do:

    • Manage inbound leads
      • Manage initial discussions with prospective client to ensure that their needs align with the MediKeeper suite of products
    • HubSpot CRM management
      • Work collaboratively with Marketing to ensure inbound leads are correctly assigned and managed by sales team
      • Maintain accurate data by cleaning out junk records and qualifying all leads that are input in HubSpot
      • Monitor all records in HubSpot to ensure contact has been made by sales team
      • Run occasional ad hoc reports for upper management
      • Provide weekly updates in sales meetings outlining ongoing sales activity
      • Create new processes to aid sales team in management of records and pipeline
    • Outbound email marketing

  • Enterprise Support Engineer

    The Enterprise Support Engineer is responsible for client support and troubleshooting duties, manage the deployment and health of IT systems, architecting Proof of Concept deployment of cloud solutions.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Maintain computer equipment and software to ensure secure and efficient operations
    • Test and implement new software programs for the company
    • Guide teams in designing, building, testing and deploying changes to existing software
    • Enhance the company’s IT infrastructure security protocols
    • Consider the organization’s entire IT infrastructure when making changes and improvements

    The QA Engineer will be responsible for testing high quality software solutions. This individual should be a self-starter, capable of testing software quality standards for all software products. The QA Engineer will work in a team environment in the design and execution of web and mobile products.     REQUIREMENTS

    • 2-4 years experience working in a Software QA role, ideally working within a tech start-up, web SaaS, cloud-based environment or mobile app creation company.

    • Understanding of different testing methodologies (e.g., functional, destructive, regression)
    • Exposure to Agile development process with sprint planning and retrospectives.
