  • ACCOUNT MANAGER

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Account Manager is responsible for servicing MediKeeper’s existing customers, assisting with their technical needs, coordinating MediKeeper resources to resolve issues, developing long-term relationships, and managing the growth of assigned accounts. In this role, you will report to the VP Sales and Marketing.

    This is a new entry-level position at MediKeeper and is ideal for someone looking to gain experience within the sales field in a technology company.

    You will serve as the first point of contact with clients to handle all customer service requests and issues and will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to those customer needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customers
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of MediKeeper technology solutions per customer needs
    • Be knowledgeable of the functionality and capabilities of the MediKeeper product solutions
    • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Identify and client upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to grow revenue
    • Respond promptly and efficiently to client phone and email inquiries
    • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
    • Generate and follow up on sales leads; schedule discovery calls and live product demonstrations
    • Assist with portal and application testing as needed

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Account management or other relevant client relationship experience
    • Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining strict attention to detail
    • Excellent listening and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to multitask and take on new tasks as assigned
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
    • Health and wellness technology or administration experience a plus
    • Apple Mac or PC proficient and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for taking leads from marketing, qualifying them and creating qualified opportunities for the Sales team.  This position is available to part-time or full-time candidates.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls.
    • Cold calling.
    • Follow up on in-bound leads driven by marketing campaigns to further qualify and secure meetings for our outside sales team.
    • Provide regular reports on activities.
    • Maintain contact information of prospects in CRM as well as capturing sales potential and next steps in the sales process.
    • Briefly discuss the use of our solutions, emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities.

    • Experience with inside sales for SaaS/cloud based software.
    • Strong phone presence with experience qualifying leads.
    • Possess 1-2 years of inside sales experience with a track-record of exceeding quota.
    • Experience with CRM (Pipeliner), web conferencing software, Power Point.
    • Be a self-starter who can work on their own.
    • Possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
    • Demonstrate outstanding follow-up skills and pipeline management.
    • Ability to travel for tradeshows if necessary.
