Originally released in May 2020 as a symptom checker, COVID Navigator has continued to evolve as new requirements and regulations come into effect. As a fully functional mobile solution COVID Navigator makes it easy for employers to take pro-active steps to safeguard employees and customers.
Deployed across all 50 states in companies, wellness companies, governmental agencies and health plans ranging from 20 to 50K employees, COVID Navigator is integrated with the iHealthHome case management solution to enable companies to fully support their employees, regardless of their vaccination status.
New features and enhancements in COVID Navigator mobile app:
- Exemption tracking for medical or religious grounds with administrator review and approval
- Testing tracking and ability to upload an image of the test result upload for verification
- Administration platform to track population compliance and status
- Multi-language capability will be added in the next two weeks

The App is available through the Apple Store, Google Play, and web-browsers, and easily allows users to submit vaccination, boosters and medical/religious exemptions with or without the requirement for validation.
