COVID-19 has had an immense impact on virtually all aspects of life during the global pandemic. These factors have impacted the health of the population in several key areas as people responded to life during the pandemic. An important source of data to health and well-being professionals in employer and healthcare settings that is very useful for applied workplace health research is the HRA.

The outcomes described in this study leverage the results of a widely used HRA to describe changes in self-reported health behaviors before and during the first phases of COVID.
